- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Well it would be nice if they were open when the hours they advertise. I drove a half an hour to get there only to find out they are closing at 2:30 because the worker has a Dr appt. Well so now I can't register my vehicle today because they aren't open the hours of business they advertise. Sorry but thats bad business practice. And I cannot do my registration online because my printer is broken, and the Honesdale DMV is closed. Must be nice to just close whenever you want.July 10, 2017by Stella White
